Stylish Top Hat with a Scarf Pattern that you can decorate.  Add a colorful ribbon on the hat along with an embellishment like I did with the Poinsettia or theme it for a special holiday like the St. Patrick's Day theme. This would make a great gift as a Snowman Kit for kids this winter season too. It even looks great displayed along side your Christmas Decorations.  The Top Hat sample is all in felt. The Top of the hat is sewn and then I added a 3/16" single needle topstitch to help the shape of the hat after I clipped the inside seam. The hat rim is not stitched.  The scarf is 50" long and can be adjusted to any size that you may need.  I cut the sample in fleece and left the edges no-sew.
