Fun Elf Hat, Shoes & Collar to dress up your holiday Rag Dolly.  I used a blanket stitich on the seam to give it a little design interest & a chain stitch around the collar band. I also used pom-poms on the hat and collar points.  Switch up the fabric & you can make this as creative as you like.
